5. Payment Terms

  2. Final payment is due upon project completion or before delivery, as defined in the agreement.

  4. Late payments may result in service suspension.

The Company does not store card details. Payments are securely processed by third-party providers such as Stripe or other licensed processors.


6. Refund Policy Reference

7. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

To prevent payment disputes:

  • Clients agree to contact the Company before initiating any chargeback.

  • Filing a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback constitutes a breach of contract.

  • The Company reserves the right to provide all contractual documents, communications, IP logs, and proof of service delivery to payment processors and financial institutions.

  • Clients initiating unjustified chargebacks may be permanently banned from future services.


8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • The Client receives ownership rights to the final deliverables explicitly defined in the agreement.

  • The Company retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Pre-existing tools, frameworks, or proprietary systems remain the property of the Company.


9. Acceptable Use

Clients may not use our services for:

  • Illegal activities

  • Fraudulent schemes

  • High-risk financial activities

  • Cryptocurrency exchanges without proper licensing

  • Adult content or prohibited industries

The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at its sole discretion if risk or compliance concerns arise.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

  • Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service in dispute.

  • The Company does not guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, or SEO rankings.


11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.


12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SADFA Digital Solutions LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of services

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Violation of applicable laws

Use of the website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.


14. Arbitration Agreement (Wyoming)

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in the State of Wyoming, United States, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
